Two related approaches: Marinella Mooring (14 buoys, yachts 25 to 55 m) and MOYS Brin pier (up to 145 m). The home page says Brin is 'active since 2025' in one place and 'attivo dal 2027' in another, so its status is unconfirmed and it is not counted in berthCount.
